Please note that Printority reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use periodically without prior notice.

Shipping Policy
Greetings from Printority! We're delighted to inform you that orders above Rs.899 qualify for complimentary shipping within India. For orders below this amount, shipping charges start from 85₹.
Our standard dispatch timeframe typically is typically between 3-6 working days, resulting in an estimated delivery period of 4-18 days. Please bear in mind that unforeseen circumstances, such as strikes, rains may impact these timelines, potentially causing delays in both order processing and shipping.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link in your inbox. Kindly allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to accurately reflect the status of your shipment.
Should there be any accessibility issues with your delivery address, there may be slight delays beyond our initial estimates. In such cases, we may reach out to you via the provided email address or phone number to confirm the delivery details.
Rest assured, we partner exclusively with reputable courier services like Delhivery to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. While Printority strives to uphold our estimated delivery times, please understand that delays caused by courier companies or external factors beyond our control may occasionally occur. Nonetheless, we remain committed to fulfilling your order promptly and efficiently, as stated in your order confirmation.
In cases of an unsuccessful delivery followed by an RTO initiation, after 3 attempts at contacting the customer the following process will be followed:
- If you'd like us to ship the order again, we may levy a repeat shipping charge.
- If you'd like to cancel the order, we will initiate a refund minus the shipping costs once we receive the product in its original condition.
POD Disputes
If you have not received an order that shows delivered on the date of delivery, you can inform us of the error within 72 hours of delivery. Beyond that we are unable to raise a dispute with our shipping partners and hence will not be able to take your query forward.
Return Policy
We have a no-return policy. You can always contact us for any return questions at printority.work@gmail.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. No damage will be accepted without an uncut unboxing video.
Discount Codes
Different discount codes apply to different collection categories and may have minimum purchase requirements. Please get in touch with us if you are having trouble with a particular code and we will help you out.
Currency Transactions
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Customer Service Policy
Printority is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 4 -18 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case maybe.
Care Instructions
If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.
Measurements/Dimensions of Products
Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual product dimension delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to courts of Bengaluru Jurisdiction only. Bengaluru is located in the State of Karnataka, India.

Availability, Product Information, Pricing & Colors
At Printority, we go out of our way to give you the kind of distinctive merchandise for which our brand “Printority” is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock sometimes cannot be refreshed.
Many of www.printority.in products are manufactured in our studio by the designer Tanvi Mehta and Riya Jain themselves and others are made locally. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.
